Summary Entry-level opportunity to join HMH’s Manufacturing Operations Talent Pool, supporting the production, assembly, fabrication, testing, and maintenance of equipment and components used in Riser and Topside solutions.

This talent pool is intended for professionals interested in developing a career within a dynamic industrial environment across multiple shop floor disciplines. Job Responsibilities

• Supports manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, testing, and production activities following established procedures and work instructions • Performs routine operational tasks under supervision while developing technical and practical skills • Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support production goals and delivery schedules • Maintains quality standards by following defined processes, specifications, and inspection requirements • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency • Uses tools, equipment, and materials in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Demonstrates commitment to teamwork, reliability, and professional development • Develops knowledge of manufacturing operations, products, and industrial processes related to Riser and Topside equipment • Follows company policies, procedures, and operational requirements at all times • Promotes personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma and/or Technical Education in an industrial or related field. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, maintenance, assembly, machining, welding, painting, inspection, logistics, or other industrial environments. Skills and Abilities:

• Basic communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to learn and develop technical competencies • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements • Basic understanding of industrial and manufacturing environments • Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence • Ability to perform hands-on activities and work in a shop floor environment • Adaptability and openness to work across different manufacturing disciplines as required
