フィールドサービスは、GCB、GIS、TRの国内外現場(工事)を統括・管理します。
■主な職務内容 ・GCB、GIS、TRの現地据付・修理・改造を、作業指示に基づき難易度中〜高の作業を実施する。 ・緊急時のトラブルシューティングを支援する。 ・Hitachi Energyの手順書・マニュアル・品質基準およびHSE基準を遵守する。 ・顧客志向・解決志向で業務を進める。 ・顧客要求を丁寧にヒアリングし、新たなサービス機会の創出につながるフィードバックを組織へ提供する。 ・Hitachi Energy作業認定レベル4または5を保有し、レベル2認定のメンバー(70-80%. 10. Your background
1. A degree in electrical or mechanical background and further education are beneficial and 3 years of experiece or 5 years experience in technical for GIS/GCB or TR.
2. Certified Level 4 or Level 5 as per Hitachi Energy certification guidelines.
3. PICW (Person in charge of Work) Level 3.
4. Proficiency in spoken and read English is preferred.
