Job description

Job Summary**

Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist for the EMEA North region. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately, sales growth across key markets in Northern Europe.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, PR, content marketing) tailored to the EMEA North market. * Collaborate with sales teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing programs and collateral. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. * Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI. * Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations. * Organize and support participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences. * Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. * Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global marketing guidelines.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B technology or industrial sector. * Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Strong understanding of the EMEA North market landscape and cultural nuances. * Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, Nordic languages) are a strong plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. * Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. * Willingness to travel periodically within the EMEA North region.
