Qualifications Essential
1.Excellent communication in interpersonal skills. 2.Previous experience in customer service , reception or administrative role. 3.Good IT skills with experience Microsoft office 4.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. 5.Excellent organisational and time management skills. 6.Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in a bust environment. 7.Processional, reliable and punctual. 8.Understanding the importance of confidentiality and GDPR. 9.Flexible approach to work and willingness to support colleagues when required.
Desirable
Previous experience working in a GP practice. Experience using EMIS web or other clinical setting. knowledge of NHS primary care services. Experience of booking an patient administration . Welsh speaker desirable.
