• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Equivalent practical experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering may also be considered. Key Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA/Storefront Reference Architecture) testing. • Deep understanding of SFCC Business Manager (BM) configurations and administration. • Expertise in end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycle validation. • Knowledge of SFCC catalogs, price books, promotions, campaigns, inventory, and customer groups. • Strong understanding of B2C Commerce architecture and integration touchpoints. • Experience validating storefront, checkout, and post-purchase customer journeys. • Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and Smoke Testing. • Cross-browser and Cross-device testing. • Responsive Web Testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. • Accessibility (WCAG) testing and validation. • Localization and Internationalization testing. • Test Planning, Test Strategy, Risk Assessment, and Defect Management. • Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios. • Hands-on experience validating integration between SFCC and OMS, Payment, Tax, and Shipping systems.
Experience
• 7+ years of QA experience with at least 3-5 years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing. • Proven experience testing complex eCommerce applications with high transaction volumes. • Hands-on experience validating SFCC implementations, enhancements, and production releases. • Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery models and participating in sprint activities. • Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Experience leading end-to-end QA efforts for major releases and holiday/business-critical deployments. • Experience in test estimation, release planning, and quality reporting. • Experience supporting UAT, production validation, hypercare, and post-release quality monitoring. • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level QA engineers.
Good-to-Have Qualifications & Skills
• Experience with SFRA and Headless Commerce implementations. • Exposure to Composable Commerce architecture. • Experience in native Mobile App testing (iOS and Android). • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or web tracking validation. • Experience testing multi-site, multi-language, and multi-currency storefronts. • Familiarity with loyalty, subscription, and marketplace eCommerce models. • Exposure to cloud environments and release management processes. • API Testing using Postman or similar tools. • Exposure on Selenium, Katalon, or Playwright automation
Additional Skills
• Leadership & Ownership of QA sign-off discussions and release readiness assessments. • Drive quality metrics, defect leakage analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Review and approve test cases, test execution reports, and release documentation. • Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies. • Act as the QA point of contact for business and technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex eCommerce issues. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work with global distributed teams. • Facilitate defect triage sessions and quality review meetings. • Support business demonstrations, sprint reviews, and UAT activities. • Promote automation opportunities and test optimization strategies. • Establish and maintain reusable regression suites.
