<h3>Job Summary</h3> <p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support the organization's legal and compliance functions. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing litigation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, NDAs, leases, and service contracts.</li> <li>Provide legal support to business functions on contractual and regulatory matters.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.</li> <li>Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and legal notices.</li> <li>Conduct legal research and provide opinions on legal issues.</li> <li>Manage legal documentation, contract repository, and records.</li> <li>Review and mitigate legal risks associated with business transactions.</li> <li>Support corporate governance activities and statutory filings, where applicable.</li> <li>Assist in handling disputes, claims, and recovery matters.</li> <li>Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.</li> </ul>
