<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><h1>Product Process Engineering Junior Staff</h1> <p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p> <p>Support and drive stable, capable, and efficient manufacturing processes by designing robust process conditions, issuing controlled process standards, and continuously improving process capability, quality KPIs, and productivity.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities (3 Keys)</strong></p> <p><strong>1) Process Design</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Support <strong>process design and optimization</strong> to meet required <strong>product quality</strong>, <strong>efficiency</strong>, and <strong>yield</strong> targets.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Conduct trials / process studies</strong> (data collection, analysis, validation) to confirm <strong>process stability</strong> and define robust operating windows.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Coordinate with cross-functional technical partners (e.g., <strong>Material Process Engineering</strong>, <strong>BSAPIC Technology Center</strong>) to validate material/process interactions and implement technical countermeasures.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>2) Process Issuing</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Convert product/manufacturing requirements into controlled documents such as <strong>Process Specification</strong>, <strong>Working Standard</strong></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Maintain document control including revision management, change communication, and shopfloor deployment to ensure consistent execution.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Prepare and update process-related evidence and documentation for <strong>internal/external audits</strong>.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Develop and update <strong>training materials</strong> and support <strong>training</strong> activities for consistent process operation.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>3) Process Capability Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Monitor key process and quality performance indicators (e.g., <strong>Scrap</strong>, <strong>Rework/Work-off</strong>, <strong>Yield</strong>, <strong>Efficiency</strong>, <strong>Process Stability</strong>) and support improvement prioritization based on data.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective and improvement actions based on data and root-cause findings.</strong></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Apply <strong>structured problem solving</strong> (e.g., <strong>5 Whys</strong>, <strong>Fishbone/Ishikawa</strong>) and <strong>standardize lessons learned</strong> for reuse across the organization.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Lead initiatives to reduce scrap and rework, while improving yield, efficiency, and overall process stability.</strong></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Support defect and loss follow-up, including preparing defect-related information, tracking actions to closure, and reporting progress.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>1–3 years’</strong> experience in process engineering <strong>(Tire manufacturing</strong> or Automotive business <strong>preferred</strong>).</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Understanding <strong>process capability</strong>, variation reduction, and KPI-based improvement.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (Process Specification / Working Standard / Work Instruction).</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Strong collaboration skills with teammates and can work under high pressure.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred (Nice-to-have)</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Familiarity with <strong>SPC</strong> and process trials;
