You will lead customer-focused planning activities, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and business leaders to ensure product availability and supply chain resilience.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead the development and management of global capacity and demand plans (SIOP), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, customer value, and supply chain capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Oversee Customer Supply Chain Analysts, ensuring that product-level planning and execution aligns with global strategies and customer demand.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with key customers to understand demand models, synchronize orders, and represent customer demand in forecast consensus meetings.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Define and drive global customer replenishment strategies while improving forecast accuracy and managing inventory transitions for new product introductions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure flexible capacity models and robust contingency plans are in place across product lines.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive global supply chain initiatives related to security of supply, inventory optimization (iMAX), and SLOB management, while guiding Product Line Planners in their execution.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency at both global and product-specific levels.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Set global KPIs for supply chain performance and monitor key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and cost efficiency, ensuring that Product Line Planners meet their respective targets.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead global cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of improvement projects related to supply chain processes and systems, coordinating with Product Line Planners and Customer Supply Chain Analyst for consistent execution.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Provide regular updates to global supply chain stakeholders, weekly Product Overviews, present strategies in five-year plans, and lead customer business reviews and supply chain planning efforts.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Represent all Supply Chain functions within Product Team structure to drive alignment between supply chain capabilities and business objectives.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• 8+ years of supply chain planning experience in a global manufacturing environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Proven experience in demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using planning systems such as SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Advanced English proficiency.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education -
