About this role
<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the vision, capture & analyze the business needs and ensure the solution aligns with the business objectives</li> <li>Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of OneTrade</li> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating functional & technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery</li> <li>Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project / program lifecycle</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals</li> <li>Managing global cross-functional teams</li> <li>Manage stakeholder relationships, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making</li> <li>Information systems support oversight for order to cash process of multiple business lines</li> <li>Implement and monitor security measures to protect data integrity and system functionality</li> </ul>
