Responsibilities <p style="margin-top:8pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:4pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;color:#1F3864;">Site Commissioning & Energization</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Lead step-by-step energization sequences from MV/HV incoming feeders through MV skids, transformers, PCS, and battery systems, coordinating with grid operators and internal safety supervisors.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Direct the integration and interoperability verification between PCS, BMS, and MV transformers, including permissive logic, protection coordination, and communication handshake validation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Issue Hold/Go decisions autonomously during commissioning milestones; document all deviations with technical justification and corrective actions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Execute and oversee pre-commissioning checks: insulation resistance, continuity tests, protection relay functional tests, transformer turns ratio, and PCS self-tests.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Act as primary technical counterpart to OEM commissioning engineers (NR Electric, Kehua, Huawei, SMA, and others) during site visits, FAT, and SAT activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Coordinate with the SCADA Engineer at the commissioning boundary: electrical systems ready for service before handoff to SCADA integration and telemetry verification.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Conduct all commissioning activities in full compliance with Trina Storage’s EHS policies and site-specific safety plans; ensure completeness of commissioning packages for Substantial Completion milestones.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;color:#1A1A1A;">Identify, document, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and technical deviations through resolution;
