What are the main performance objectives in this role? AVOW's supply side - Media Buying and Media Partnerships - is the engine behind everything we sell. It's a ~15-person team split across Berlin, China, and Bangalore, run today by two strong team leads. As we push into new markets and deepen our OEM relationships, we're looking for a Head of Supply to give that engine a single strategic direction and take it to the next level. You'll take full ownership of the supply organization end to end: the people, the partnerships, and the P&L. You'll report directly to Robert, our CEO, and work hand in hand with Sales and CSM to make sure what we buy matches what our advertisers need.
