Job summary
The Welby Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive clinical team, working up to 6 sessions per week across two of our practices.
The role will be based at:
Mondays Swingbridge SurgeryThursdays and Fridays The Welby PracticeThis is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to work within an innovative primary care organisation that values collaboration, professional development and work-life balance.

Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, you will:
Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.Undertake face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.Prescribe safely and in accordance with national and local guidance.Make appropriate referrals and work collaboratively with community and secondary care services.Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne.Participate in the practice's clinical governance, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team working.Contribute to the practice on-call rota (shared once per week).Support teaching, mentoring and service development where appropriate.Our clinicians benefit from a dedicated 40-minute daily clinical discussion over coffee, providing an opportunity to discuss cases, share learning and support one another.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Medical Degree GMC registered Certificate of completion of training Registered under the primary medical performers' list
Experience Essential
Experience working within UK General Practice. Excellent consultation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Ability to contribute positively to a supportive team culture.
Desirable
Experience using SystmOne. Interest in service development or quality improvement. Educational or clinical supervision experience.
