Main duties of the job
Knowledge of the hospital booking systems: CareFlow, Sunquest Ice and CRIS would be an advantage but if not training will be provided.
The role will require training in booking specialities and in particular the job provides a booking and telephone enquiry service to the patients for a variety of Diagnostic Imaging procedures.
The role is office based at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. You will be joining a dedicated team of individuals providing a vital service to the Diagnostic Imaging Booking Team. You may also be required to cover reception duties within Imaging on an occasional basis. You need to be flexible, approachable, have good communication skills, with a polite telephone manner, and attention to detail.
Contracted hours of work to be agreed between 8.00am to 8.00pm (at present time office hours are between 8am - 5pm) .
