• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. • Proficiency in using credit management software and MS Office applications. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for accurate credit assessments. • Good problem-solving skills to handle complex credit-related issues. • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations. • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a customer-centric mindset.
