Account specific roles and responsibilities
Team Lead
Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued servicesConduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improveAnalyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocolsEnsure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reportsPerform other supervisory tasks as required Authorizations
Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies.Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items.Requirements
With 2 years BPO experience handling a Healthcare AccountAt least 6 months of team lead / supervisory experienceHas experience reviewing medical records, processing authorization, and verifying benefitsExcellent verbal and written English skillsWith good attention to detailsMust be willing to work on-site in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
