Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Review and audit session notes submitted by ABA Therapists for accuracy and completenessEnsure documentation meets required standards and guidelinesIdentify discrepancies and provide feedback as neededMaintain organized records and track review progressCollaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targetsRequirements
At least 6 months BPO experience Experience handling a healthcare account (ABA) is a PLUS, not requiredGood verbal and written English communication skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift
