About this role
As Commercial Operations Specialist – Growth Markets, you will provide the operational foundation that enables DAZN Business to grow across the UK, USA, Canada, the Nordics and emerging markets. Supporting commercial partnerships from onboarding through to ongoing delivery, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimise partner operations and ensure seamless execution that drives revenue growth and an outstanding partner experience. Growth Markets operational support: Provide day-to-day operational support for DAZN Business Growth Markets, initially covering the UK, USA, Canada and Nordics, and supporting future market launches as required. Partner onboarding and market launch: Coordinate onboarding for new distribution partners and new markets, ensuring partners are set up across DAZN systems, contracts, billing processes, reporting tools, product access and operational workflows. Partner support and service coordination: Act as the primary operational contact for commercial premises distributors and partners, supporting queries, escalations, customer service issues, access requirements, service readiness and issue resolution. Commercial execution support: Support the Head of Distribution & Partnerships by coordinating the operational delivery of partner plans, renewals, launches, PPVs, campaigns and commercial initiatives across subscription, pay-per-view, licensing and distributor-led models. Partner sales and marketing enablement: Ensure partners have the tools and information required to market, sell and grow DAZN Business revenue, including product information, pricing guidance, campaign assets, event schedules, customer communications and sales support materials. Finance, billing and reporting coordination: Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, billing, reconciliations, purchase orders, partner payments, revenue reporting inputs, customer lists, venue data and performance reporting. Legal, product and technology readiness: Work with Legal, Procurement, Product, Technology and Customer Service to support contract workflows, approval processes, partner setup, access, entitlements, product launches and changes, service issues and operational readiness.
