Start your career in sports media with DAZN as a Content Management Assistant, part of our Platform & Engagement team. In this entry-level role, you’ll help shape how fans discover and experience content across the DACH region. You’ll support the day-to-day management of DAZN’s content by writing descriptions, tagging assets, selecting imagery, and ensuring everything is accurate and easy to find across live events, highlights, and more. Your work will be highly visible and play a direct role in the subscriber experience. Working with a supportive team, you’ll build valuable skills in content operations and editorial judgement, with clear opportunities to grow. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about sport. This role is based in Munich, Ismaning. Metadata Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate content metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, sport/competition classifications, player/team info, broadcast dates) in line with DAZN’s editorial and metadata standards. Content Tagging & Classification: Apply consistent tags for sport, competition, teams, players, event type, content format, and editorial themes to optimise search, discovery, and recommendations. Imagery Selection: Select, upload, and quality-check visuals to ensure high-quality, editorially appropriate, and rights-compliant assets. Editorial Descriptions: Write clear, engaging German-language content descriptions and names that are factually accurate and match DAZN’s tone of voice. Content Ingestion & Publishing: Support workflows for ingesting, publishing, and scheduling content, performing quality checks, and flagging issues. Quality Assurance: Conduct pre- and post-publication checks on metadata, imagery, descriptions, and links, correcting errors and reporting recurring issues. Live Event Support: Assist with pre-event, live, and post-event content updates, including previews, line-ups, highlights, and replays. Catalogue Maintenance: Audit and clean up content records regularly to maintain catalogue accuracy and quality.
