We're looking for a Commercial Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Strategy & Insights team. This role will see you partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Strategy and Commercial teams to turn business questions into actionable insights. You will be responsible for analysing commercial performance, building dashboards and reporting solutions and improving internal tools and processes to help shape the future of data-driven decision making at Foxtel. Build, maintain and continuously improve reports, dashboards and commercial performance tracking. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and insights that support revenue growth and commercial decision-making. Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple systems and datasets. Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into meaningful analysis and reporting. Develop and enhance internal tools and processes that improve team efficiency. Explore emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to streamline workflows and deliver smarter solutions. Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support reporting requests while proactively managing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
