About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Conversational Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent chatbot solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, conversational AI knowledge, and leadership skills to deliver engaging, scalable, and effective conversational experiences. Design and development of conversational experiences for chatbots using platforms such as Yellow.ai, Kore.ai , or similar Define conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogue strategies to ensure natural and effective interactions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of conversational developers and designers Ensure best practices for NLP , conversation design, testing, and continuous optimization Analyze conversation analytics and user behavior to continuously improve chatbot performance and user experience Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to align conversational solutions with business goals Stay up to date with advancements in conversational AI , NLP , and NLU technologies
