We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and hands-on Senior Procurement Coordinator to support procurement, inventory management, material estimating, and master data governance across our Telecom, Water, and Power operations. This role is designed for an independent thinker who enjoys solving complex problems, learning new things, and taking ownership of critical business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, bidding activities, material planning, and inventory management while helping develop and mentor a growing procurement team. This position requires sound judgment, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00 Take ownership of procurement activities for assigned projects and regions, ensuring material availability, cost control, and operational readiness. Review bid packages, engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify material requirements, quantities, compliance requirements, lead times, procurement budgets, and purchasing strategies. Develop deep expertise in Telecom, Water, and Power construction materials, specifications, and industry standards. Monitor inventory levels and material consumption across multiple warehouse locations and projects. Maintain and improve Single Source of Truth (SSOT) by ensuring accurate item master data, naming standards, pricing records, and vendor information. Work closely with engineering, operations, warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers to support successful project execution. Create purchase orders, manage material transactions, and ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, inventory controls, reporting, and data quality. Train, mentor, and support junior procurement and warehouse personnel while remaining capable of personally performing all core functions of the department.
