We’re hiring a Warehouse Team Manager to lead our team across a 2 different shift patterns: Tuesday- Saturday 2pm/10pm (Sunday/Monday Rest days) Or Sunday - Thursday 2pm/10pm (Friday/Saturday rest days) combining operational responsibility with real work-life balance. Here at Advanced Supply Chain Bradford, we are looking to welcome a Team Manager on a permanent full-time basis working 38.75 hours across multiple shift patterns working our 2pm-10pm . As our Team Manager, you will report directly into our Operation Managers and will be helping to support them and the wider team by managing the Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives, making sure they remain engaged, organised and motivated. Our Team Manager will be driving and delivering on our expectations, making sure your department are meeting agreed customer service level agreements to allow us to continue delivering exceptional services for our customers. Key responsibilities: Understand, and be responsible for all key operational processes and procedures in your area Ensure adherence to all H&S regulations – reporting any incidents and near misses via the correct channel Analyse data, establish root cause and put in place correct measures, escalating any issues to management team in a timely manner Ensure your team have all equipment/training necessary to work productively, supporting and sharing best practice to exceed targets and remain efficient Full responsibility for performance management of team, focusing on wellbeing, absence, and performance Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety protocols. Participate in department and site projects and drive continuous improvement
