Monitor inventory levels and consumption trends, providing timely reporting to leadership on potential shortages, overstock risks, or unusual usage patterns, and supporting forecast planning to optimize ordering cycles and reduce waste. Maintain compliance with all company policies and maritime regulations, ensuring that storage areas, handling procedures, and documentation practices meet internal audit standards as well as external inspection requirements. Collaborate closely with hotel operations, galley teams, and purchasing departments, fostering effective communication to ensure that operational needs are met without disruption while maintaining cost efficiency and inventory discipline.
