We are seeking a dynamic Teen Activities Coordinator to support the Youth Activities Manager in delivering a guest-centric youth and family experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating engaging, memorable activities for teens and families, while ensuring a culture of service excellence, safety, and health. Key Responsibilities include: Consistently exceed Youth and Family Experience targets by promoting a personalized, guest-centric culture. Foster a culture that drives guest satisfaction, service excellence, and employee engagement. Inspire the Youth Staff team, ensuring accountability for delivering outstanding programming. Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to enhance the guest experience. Partner with the Youth Activities Manager to ensure the effective delivery and execution of youth programs. Oversee all aspects of the Teen Program, ensuring consistent quality and an engaging environment for teens and families. Identify and communicate guest feedback, complaints, and requests, ensuring a timely response to any issues. Support operational efficiencies and share best practices with the team. Uphold company and public health standards for all youth programming. Maintain a visible presence in the youth centers, supporting staff and participants and ensuring a safe environment. Manage and monitor inventory of program supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely procurement needs.
