Actively assists the Bartender in setting up the assigned bar location following company standards. Ensures guest and teammate orders are promptly and accurately recorded through the onboard POS system. Ensures any OceanNow orders are delivered in a timely manner, fully utilizing all the tools of the application to provide a personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. Actively promotes any company initiatives to guests without jeopardizing their enjoyment of the beverage experience. Follows all beverage accounting procedures and reports irregularities to the Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager. Assists in any bar inventory accounts as directed by the Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager. Takes full ownership and accountability for inventory if/when assigned to the crew bar.
