About this role
We are looking for a technically capable Microsoft Analyst with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem to support and enhance the technology solutions used across PoloWorks. This role is ideal for someone who has already built solid experience working with Microsoft technologies and is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be the subject matter expert for Power Platform solutions, helping to resolve issues, improve processes and drive adoption across the business. Working closely with colleagues at all levels, you will combine technical expertise with problem-solving skills to ensure our applications, workflows and reporting solutions remain effective, reliable and well governed. Provide support for Power Platform applications, workflows and reporting solutions. Log, triage and resolve incidents, service requests and technical issues. Investigate and troubleshoot problems across Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse environments. Support key business processes and operational activities, ensuring systems remain effective and reliable. Assist with governance, compliance reporting and audit requirements. Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles and FAQs. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Work with stakeholders to support the delivery of new solutions and system enhancements. Contribute to projects and transformation initiatives involving Microsoft technologies.
