At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated rooms division team. If you want to ensure the highest standards of luxury comfort and guide our team to deliver flawless guest experiences, this role is for you. Supervise and inspect: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure they meet our strict 5-star luxury standards. Lead the team: Coordinate, motivate, and support the room attendants and housemen, assigning daily tasks and ensuring smooth operation. Manage inventory and requests: Oversee linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies stock, while promptly handling special guest requests and VIP arrivals. Report and collaborate: Work closely with the Front Office and Engineering teams to report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are ready for check-in on time.
