About this role
We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to support our global corporate governance function and provide legal support across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will manage corporate matters for international entities, support strategic transactions, and help ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Manage corporate formation, maintenance, and governance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. Support corporate transactions, including financings, restructurings, and M&A projects. Maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars. Draft, review, and update corporate documents, resolutions, consents, and organizational records. Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate corporate legal matters and ensure timely execution of key initiatives. Conduct legal research and assess corporate and commercial law requirements across different jurisdictions. Coordinate and manage relationships with external counsel and legal consultants. Support legal risk assessment and contribute to the development of practical risk mitigation strategies. Assist with various corporate governance and compliance projects as the business continues to scale globally.
