Pear Tree Cottage is a two bedroom home, ensuring a small, calm and therapeutic environment for looked after children between the ages of 6 and 18. As part of our highly valued team, you will: Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing space Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience Support the home manager with the smooth running of the home, taking responsibility and providing supervisory support to the home's care workers
