As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cotton Holdings, Inc., you will leverage creativity, strategic recruiting vision, and organizational skills to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and general labor culinary roles within the disaster recovery industry. You will play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and securing top talent for leadership and specialized positions across our headquarters. Additionally, you will serve as a backup to fill general labor roles, ensuring that the company's hiring needs are met with high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Leadership and Culinary Role Recruitment: Lead Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruiting process for professional and culinary roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with Executives and Senior Leaders: Partner with leadership to define role scope, create assessment plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Strategic Sourcing and Talent Pipelines: Build and manage talent pipelines using inclusive sourcing strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds. Market Mapping and Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and benchmark top leadership talent in the disaster recovery and restoration industries. Adjust and Optimize Recruiting Strategies: Adapt recruiting strategies based on evolving business needs and market trends while using data to optimize hiring processes. 2. Lead for Professional Opening: Filling Critical Gaps: Serve as a lead for professional roles across the enterprise and a backup for General Labor roles when needed ensuring seamless staffing. Proactive Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a pool of passive candidates for the roles, ready to be engaged for future opportunities. 3. Talent Advisory and Stakeholder Collaboration: Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions for both professional and general labor roles. Interview Process Guidance: Guide interview panels and hiring teams to ensure consistency, preparation, and alignment with company culture and role requirements. Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiters on best practices for interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation. 4. Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement: Branding and Social Media Presence: Partner with marketing and HR teams to develop and promote Cotton Holdings’ employer brand across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and industry networks. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, inclusive, and transparent hiring process by regularly engaging with candidates and setting clear expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 5. Process Improvement and Reporting: Talent Acquisition Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and more. Innovate and Improve Processes: Continuously assess and improve talent acquisition practices to foster efficiency, diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
