Be the calm voice that helps someone find hope in their hardest moment. Schedule: Saturdays 11:45p-Sunday 8a, Sunday 11:45p-Monday 8a *Remote position, must be a Missouri resident. As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope. You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in our rural communities and ensuring they have access to care—anytime, day or night. • Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone • Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards • Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement
