Support Recovery Through Integrated Care – Join Our Co-Occurring Specialist Team As an Co-Occuring Disorders Counselor ( Internal Title: ITCD Specialist), you’ll be part of a collaborative team that focuses on treating the whole person—addressing both behavioral health and substance use through a unified, trauma-informed approach. You’ll provide individualized support, education, and counseling to help clients move toward lasting recovery and wellness. About the ITCD Program: The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) program provides specialized, person-centered care for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders. Through a holistic, team-based approach, the program focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by integrating behavioral health and addiction services into a unified treatment plan. Deliver co-occurring treatment services through individual and group counseling Support clients through CPRC community-based services and outreach efforts Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and stage-of-change evaluations Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment reviews and care plans Provide transportation and collect/process urine drug screens as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency policies Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing clinical supervision
