Help create the safe, welcoming spaces where hope and healing begin. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. As a Maintenance Technician I , you’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facilities—ensuring that clients and staff experience a comfortable, well-cared-for environment every day. From repairing equipment to supporting facility upkeep, your work directly supports our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, assembling furniture, and conducting basic repairs. Maintain the appearance and functionality of offices, restrooms, showers, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Assist in receiving, restocking, and tracking materials and supplies; notify appropriate staff of low inventory. Support occasional facility projects and repairs under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor. Collaborate with team members to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all areas of the facility.
