Be the Calm in the Storm as a Mobile Crisis Clinician Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8:00pm-8:00am. Serving Southeast Region: Crawford Dent Gasconade Maries Phelps Pulaski Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where your clinical skills can truly change lives? As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you’ll be on the front lines providing immediate, person-centered crisis intervention to individuals in behavioral health distress. You’ll assess needs, de-escalate crises, and ensure individuals are connected with the care and resources they need — all while collaborating with a compassionate and skilled team. Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in person Conduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations Make clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate services Coordinate care with internal teams and external community partners Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care Document services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standards Participate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Regional travel required; hybrid work environment with office-based shifts required
