Our engineering teams build the platforms, tools and capabilities that enable the business to innovate, operate efficiently and create exceptional experiences for brokers and clients. We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. Working in a collaborative, product-led environment, you'll help design, build and support the applications and services that underpin CFC's technology platform. This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, contribute to modern cloud-native solutions and play a key role in delivering products that have a direct impact on the business. Design, develop and maintain applications using Angular and .NET/.NET Core technologies. Build and enhance cloud-native services within Microsoft Azure . Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and support. Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions aligned to business priorities. Investigate and resolve production issues to ensure platform stability, performance and reliability. Participate in agile delivery practices including refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives. Contribute to code reviews, pair programming and engineering best practices across the team. Support the development of scalable, maintainable and secure solutions through strong testing and automation practices. Contribute to solution design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. Utilise AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining ownership of quality, security and technical outcomes.
