We're seeking a Product Lead to join our Technology team and lead product strategy and delivery within our Underwriting value stream . Working closely with underwriting leadership, engineers and designers, you'll identify opportunities to create business value, shape product direction and deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes across the business. This is an opportunity to lead products that sit at the heart of CFC's underwriting operation, combining deep domain expertise with modern product management practices. Define and own the product roadmap for your area of the Underwriting value stream, aligning priorities with business objectives and technology strategy. Partner closely with underwriting stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate business needs into clear product direction. Lead product discovery activities, using user insights, data and market knowledge to shape product initiatives. Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, business impact and strategic fit. Collaborate with engineering, design and delivery teams to take products from concept through to launch and adoption. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing user needs, business priorities and technical considerations. Drive solutions that improve underwriting efficiency, decision-making and service delivery. Use performance metrics, customer feedback and operational insight to measure impact and continuously refine product direction. Promote strong product management practices and ways of working across teams.
