What the Role Is Expected to Be About As a CRM Campaign Manager, you would play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across different channels, with a strong focus on customer engagement and lifecycle communication. While final responsibilities will be confirmed once the role is live, the position is expected to include: Planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, or in-app messaging Managing campaign calendars and coordinating launches end-to-end Segmenting audiences and personalizing communications based on customer data Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to optimize future campaigns Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams What We’re Likely Looking For Mid-level experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a hybrid setup , with 3 days per week from our Lisbon (Saldanha) office
