By tackling inefficiencies in the food system, our passionate and motivated team of problem solvers helps save an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste or lesser outcomes, with an all-time savings of 190+ million pounds of food Shift: Sunday to Wednesday, 2 PM to 1 AM What you’ll be doing: Reports to their department manager, while assisting with training in their home department when needed. Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates utilizing approved training materials. Evaluate performance and make recommendations on performance in line with training material. Ensure all required training documentation is completed properly and in a timely manner. Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support any new hires Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates or opportunities. Maintains a high level of availability in carrying out training needs on a day to day basis.
