About this role
1.監控製程參數、分析機台表現與品質趨勢 2.協助即時排除製程異常，提高良率及生產效率 3.與設備及品質團隊合作，推動製程穩定度改善 4.撰寫製程報告、進行資料分析與持續改善 ※工作時間： 43輪(做4休3、做3休4不斷輪替) 12小時制，中間各休1小時，共休息2小時 日班7:30-19:30，夜班19:30-7:30(每四個月日夜輪調)
