About this role
1.帶領生產線團隊，確保產線順暢運作 2.監控每日生產指標（產量、良率、稼動率） 3.協助處理生產異常，並與製程、設備等部門協作 4.執行現場5S、製造流程優化、各項生產改善專案 5.培訓與管理班組成員，提升團隊績效 ※工作時間： 43輪(做4休3、做3休4不斷輪替) 12小時制，中間各休1小時，共休息2小時 日班7:30-19:30，夜班19:30-7:30(每四個月日夜輪調)
