About this role
1.進行半導體製程設備的監控、維護與異常排除 2.支援生產線穩定運作，確保稼動率與生產品質 3.與跨部門合作（製程、產線、品質）提升設備效能 4.規劃並執行預防保養（PM）與改善專案 ※工作時間： 43輪(做4休3、做3休4不斷輪替) 12小時制，中間各休1小時，共休息2小時 日班7:30-19:30，夜班19:30-7:30(每四個月日夜輪調)
