1.負責鐵板燒料理食材準備與料理製作，並參與菜色擺盤，提供視覺與味覺的完美體驗 2.在桌邊提供熱情、專業的互動服務，讓顧客感受紅花特有的溫暖與細心 3.維持廚房衛生標準及日常清潔，打造舒適的工作環境 4.支援公司菜色研發，運用當季食材創新，提升顧客滿意度 5.參與店面業績提升，不僅烹調料理，更用心經營與顧客之間的關係 其他: 有廚師證者再補貼證照獎金3000元
