About this role
1負責社區大廳、走廊、樓層地板的清掃與拖地工作,確保公共區域的環境整潔. 2定期清潔及維護社區電梯內外,包括按鈕、地板及牆面的清潔. 3負責樓梯間、屋頂及相關區域的打掃與維護. 4定期擦拭門窗玻璃,保持透明度及清潔. 5中庭環境的全面清潔與垃圾清理.確保美觀與整潔. 6維護社區公共設施,包括垃圾桶和煙灰缸清理. 7管理垃圾分類及清運,協助社區資源回收作業. 8完成主管交辦的其他清潔相關任務,積極配合團隊需求.
