1.中、西、宴會廳開店與閉店標準SOP流程 2.執行迎賓、帶位、說明用餐方式等服務 3.進行桌邊服務，維護桌面及環境清潔、協助組長區域管理 4.收餐、補餐、卸餐等工作事宜 5.補充餐檯所需餐具或器皿，執行廚餘垃圾分類及卸餐車作業 6.記錄顧客所點菜餚，並通知廚房或內場做餐送餐 7.完成主管交辦事項
