Minimum 8+ years of experience delivering software in large, distributed technical ecosystems using agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP. Proficient with C#/.NET, Kafka, ECS, Windows Containers, Linux Containers, Kubernetes, observability, testing concepts & frameworks, DevOps tools, IBM tools and frameworks (BPM), and CI/CD pipelines within GitHub Actions. Highly competitive candidates will additionally possess experience with pair programming techniques. Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience writing technical documentation and explaining technical concepts to audiences of varied roles and backgrounds. Hands-on involvement with layered systems architectures, designs and shared software concepts Familiarity with functional and system integration testing A collaborative, adaptable working style, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to balance your time and efforts across multiple priorities. A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations, design and development tools, DevOps, system architecture and technical standards.
