Responsibilities: We will ask you to work closely with business stakeholders to design, build, test, and maintain data management systems that meet user needs and business requirements.You will lead the design and implementation of complex data flows and pipelines.You will define and oversee verification and validation activities across the full data lifecycle.You will ensure data flows are designed, managed, maintained, and retired in line with data policies.You will own the end-to-end lifecycle management of data pipelines, identifying opportunities for reuse and driving efficiency through standardisation and automation.You will develop and advocate for data engineering best practices and standards.You will provide technical leadership and share best practice across the organisation.You will contribute to strategic objectives, manage data-related risks, and support the delivery of digital services.You will help improve data reliability and efficiency while championing data engineering across the business, industry, and government. This is a hybrid role based at any National Highways office location, requiring two days per week in the office.
