Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Commercial IT support experience.A tenacious approach to learning new technology and processes.Willingness to work in a team environment and share specialist knowledge with colleagues.Cyber security knowledge.Experience with Linux server OS.SC clearance, or eligibility for clearance.Commercial networking knowledge.Firewall configuration experience.Switch and router configuration experience.Understanding of PKI and key management. Responsibilities: Implement, monitor, and support our IT infrastructure and networking.Adhere to our IT support and service processes.Work closely with a project manager and technical support teams.Proactively monitor our IT systems to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.Support continuous improvement of our UK IT infrastructure through upgrades and other enhancements.Contribute to the development of our IT dashboard for the Network Operations Centre.Work a shift-based schedule, with remote working for all shifts outside office hours and for half of the day shifts.Attend our Chandlers Ford office 1 to 3 days per month. We are offering a shift-based NOC Engineer role with remote working for all out-of-hours shifts and half of the day shifts, meaning you will only need to attend our Chandlers Ford office 1 to 3 days per month. We offer a base salary of up to £45,000, 26 days holiday, a 5% pension, and life insurance at 3 times salary.
