Requirements: We need you to have immediate availability until at least 31st December 2026.We need you to be fully flexible to work in the office or at home.We need you to be willing to complete a Basic Access NI check.You will need a Level 6 or above qualification with a minimum 2:2 classification in a primary degree or postgraduate qualification in computing or an information management related discipline, with at least 50% course content in that area, plus 3 years experience in a similar role.You will need an up-to-date PRINCE2 or PMI Agile Practitioner certification, or be willing to obtain one within 6 months.Alternatively, you will need a Level 3 (A-Level) or above qualification with at least 3 Grade C or above, plus 5 years experience in a similar role.You will need experience managing or assisting in the management of complex information technology projects delivered using a formalised project management approach.You will need experience leading or contributing to the implementation of change programmes that impact across different key business areas within an organisation.You will need experience anticipating and analysing problems to produce options and recommendations for senior staff and/or decision makers.You should have an understanding of basic finance and HR processes to support the organisation in replacing core applications.
