Salary: £120,000 - 140,000 per year
Requirements: Senior-level experience in product management within enterprise B2B software.Proven track record of shipping data-intensive, infrastructure-class products into regulated financial services environments.Technical and commercial product management experience in complex, highly visible software products.Deep domain expertise in two or more of the following: low-latency trading and OMS/EMS, market data infrastructure, post-trade and core banking, or financial services operational resilience and regulation.Strong understanding of the observability and monitoring landscape, including metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry, and AIOps.Experience leading conversations with senior stakeholders such as heads of trading technology, CTOs, and CISOs.Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex resilience challenges into actionable guidance for CTOs, regulators, and engineers. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for financial services resilience and market data observability.Translate product vision into quarterly delivery plans with engineering.Spend time with Tier 1 banks, exchanges, and clearing houses to ground the roadmap in customer evidence.Lead discovery, definition, and launch of a new market data observability product line.Partner with AI and platform engineering teams to bring agentic capability into resilience workflows for regulated environments.Shape pricing and packaging with finance and revenue teams to convert new capability into ARR.Represent us at industry events, analyst briefings, and regulator roundtables on operational resilience.
