Requirements: Proven commercial experience as a UX Designer.A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across web and/or mobile platforms.Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within Agile environments.Previous experience within the retail or e-commerce sector.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience working with design systems.Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design. Responsibilities: Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centred design solutions.Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.Facilitate usability testing and use findings to refine and improve designs.Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and UX best practices.Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across digital products.Work within Agile delivery teams to meet project deadlines. We are offering an initial 3-month contract for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in London, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.
